I want a word or set of ethics - something memorable, quirky, pithy....I want something that brings in the power of nature, de-harmonginising us, rewilding us...something that encompasses the magic that happens in the stillness when images, synchronicities, feelings, sounds, can take over. I don't want another label....I want a 'doing word'

I wanted to write this because it gives me hope and I hope it will you too. Over the last few weeks I have encountered a number of the younger generation who I believe have shown qualities that should be applauded.  Against the backdrop of what is happening in the UK at present, I believe these incidents should be celebrated.

For anyone out there navigating mental health struggles, neurodivergence differences, physical challenges or not fitting in with societal norms or expectations, I salute you.

The Curious Case of the Tin Labels - I remember when I was about six, wondering whether the label on a tin made it what it was or whether it was the contents that defined it. I pondered about changing the labels on some tins and seeing what would happen. If I swapped a pear slices label for that of a tin of baked beans and vice versa, would the contents magically switch over?
